Our mixed greens are an oft-changing collection of seasonal leaves. We try to ensure an eye-catching blend of colours and a toungue-grabbing array of flavours from spicy to almost buttery. 
The value of our greens is derived from their heartiness and longevity.
It's nothing special, they just grew here and didn't travel very far at all.
